Product Development

We consulted and worked with a renowned tooling company. With the latest technology and the precision of a Computer Aided Design (CAD) a vision of classic style combined with a cutting edge running surface created Aeon Marine's signature "Performance Lift™" hull. The "Performance Lift™" hull plug was constructed using Computer Numerical Control (CNC) 3D axis mill equipment to provide defined detail and performance driven results

Progressive Deadrise - the deeper V at the bow allows the hull to cut through waves smoothly, while the flatter sections aft make for more efficient planing. Reverse Chines - deflect water down and below, lifts hull, acting as two points on which it lifts and balances providing a smoother drier ride with greater speed capabilities. Strakes - strategically positioned giving precise maneuverability, while also acting as secondary water deflectors. Reduced Wetted Surface - reduces drag creating speed and efficiency.

We knew we had a winner when we first took out the Aeon 23 prototype "Performance Lift™" hull with a seasoned Captain.
