Through extensive consultation, sea trials and hard core fishing with Florida's finest Captains and fishermen on various fishing platforms, we determined the design aspects needed to be achieved for the best of the hybrid inshore/offshore class.

Goal

Design and produce a classic stylized cutting edge hull with a no nonsense dry and extremely smooth ride, offering fuel efficiency yet the speed capabilities to blow away the competition!

Product Development

We consulted and worked with a renowned tooling company with the added expertise and contribution on the structure and lamination process from key marine suppliers.

With the latest technology and the precision of a Computer Aided Design (CAD) a vision of classic style combined with a cutting edge running surface created Aeon Marine's signature "Performance Lift™" hull.

The "Performance Lift™" hull plug was constructed using Computer Numerical Control (CNC) 3D axis mill equipment to provide defined detail and performance driven results.

Prototype - Maiden Sea Trial

We knew we had a winner when we first took out Aeon Marine's prototype "Performance Lift™" hull with a seasoned Captain. When asked how the performance and design compared to the hybrid inshore/offshore class competition, he smiled and replied "Light years ahead!"

• All construction materials are 100% composite, with absolutely no wood that could rot or delaminate.
• Hull is 100% hand-laid made of directional and bi-axle advanced engineered fiberglass with the highest quality vinylester resin and premium gelcoat creating a lightweight superior finish with optimum strength.
• Stringer system is structurally advanced, fiberglass reinforced composite foam encapsulated. Bonded permanently to the hull, deck and transom providing optimum strength with ability to endure the most extreme stress. For safety this gives maximum buoyancy and positive flotation.
• Transom cast pour ceramic built eliminates water intrusion, giving superior strength and longevity.
• Decks have non-skid surfaces, with the finest stainless flush mounted hardware.
• Hatches are smooth finished on both sides, lipped, fitted with O-ring gaskets and equipped with gas springs.
• Deluxe leaning post with 40 gallon fully insulated livewell fitted with dual controllable directional aerators and LED light. Large sealed gasket top opening for ease of access with an acrylic lid to give great visibility. Complete with seat top cushion and re-enforced high grade aluminum folding footrest.
• Console is ergonomically designed for maximum visibility and operator comfort, with lockable storage and dedicated USCG safety equipment compartments. Front removable panels give effortless instant access to all wiring.
• Console forward seating combines insulated 20 gallon baitwell / cooler complete with deluxe cushioned seat & backrest.
• Switch and electronic panels are custom built to individual specific requirements with all wiring featuring heavy gauge tin-plated copper built to exceed ABYC requirements.
• Aluminum fuel tank, pumps, batteries, lights, gauges, and switches are selected for durability combined with ease of operation and maintenance.
• Hardware is the latest and highest quality marine grade 316L stainless steel offering the best corrosion resistance.
• Upholstery features marine grade high-density closed-cell foam with composite backing covered in marine high grade quality vinyl.
